Summer is almost approaching, and working out outside seems like such a good idea! The sun is out, and the weather is nice. But working out outside in the heat can cause dehydration can creep up faster than you think. So how do you make sure that you stay hydrated while getting in the kick-ass work out? 1. Make sure you drink enough to begin with. Depending on your height and weight they suggest drinking 8 glasses of water, each at 8 ounces a day. 2. Infuse your water. If wat
