Hello Everyone! Today we are going to be talking about the benefits of triceps dips! Triceps dips are super easy and can be done either at the gym, or at your house. Dips are a compound push exercise that has a small range of motion, and engage core muscles in your triceps, forearms, shoulders, chest, and your lower back. These muscles are used as soon as you position yourself in the dip position by helping to stabilise and balance yourself to get ready to preform the dip.
