Today on Training Tuesday, we are gonna explain the benefits of doing squat jumps, and what areas they affect. Squat jumps, or jump squats, whichever one you want to call it, are super beneficial to your butt, thighs, hips, and legs. A squat jump uses a ton of lower body muscles as well as using your core by using only your own body weight. Squat jumps help build and tone muscle in your calves, glutes and thighs as well. They help promote wight loss by increasing your heart rate to burn more calories and fat. It also helps increase your mobility, and improves your balance. Squat jumps are a great exercise for beginners who are just getting into a workout routine because they are super easy to do, and work a ton of muscle groups all at once. They can even be done almost anywhere, in the house, outside, or even with a friend. Wanna try them out, do 3 sets of 10 squat jumps and let get tight!
